Meet Me in the Kitchen—
where we create something simple, and discover what it’s stirring in us.
February 14th
11a - 12:30p
01
Make
Something simple, familiar, and grounding.
02
Feel
What surfaces when you slow down and engage your hands.
03
Discover
What stays with you—and what no longer needs to.
Layers of Fun is a live, guided kitchen experience where food becomes a doorway—not the destination.
Each session centers around a monthly theme and a simple culinary creation, shared together from our own kitchens via Zoom. As we make, taste, and reflect, the experience unfolds naturally—through conversation, laughter, quiet moments, and personal insight.
This is not a cooking class. It’s a space to slow down, engage your senses, and discover what rises when you’re present.
You’ll leave with more than what you made—you’ll leave with clarity that continues beyond the session.
Facilitated by Ellen Moore, certified coach and culinary creative.

Layers of Fun is guided by my professional background in coaching, facilitation, and culinary arts. I’m a certified coach who has spent years helping individuals and groups move from insight to meaningful action, and I bring that same intentional approach into the kitchen.
In addition to my coaching work, I have a long-standing professional background in cooking and baking. I understand how food naturally opens conversation, lowers barriers, and creates space for reflection when it’s held with care.
