  • Not at all. Layers of Fun is designed for everyone. If you can show up in your own kitchen, you’re already prepared.

  • Each session centers around a simple, approachable kitchen activity. Details are shared with registered participants before the session so everyone can come prepared without pressure.

  • Layers of Fun is a small group experience hosted live on Zoom. You’re welcome to participate, observe, or engage at your own comfort level.

  • No. Sharing is always optional. Some people come to connect out loud, others come to simply be present. Both are welcome.

  • Layers of Fun is guided by my professional background in coaching, facilitation, and culinary arts. I’m a certified coach who has spent years helping individuals and groups move from insight to meaningful action, and I bring that same intentional approach into the kitchen.

In addition to my coaching work, I have a long-standing professional background in cooking and baking. I understand how food naturally opens conversation, lowers barriers, and creates space for reflection when it’s held with care.

  • We meet live on Zoom. I’ll be in my kitchen, and you’ll be in yours—connected in real time, from wherever you are.

  • Most sessions run approximately 60–90 minutes, allowing time to settle in, create, and enjoy the experience without rushing.

  • Once you register, you’ll receive a short list of ingredients or items needed for that session. Everything is intentionally simple and easy to find.
